Your payment was declined.

Why was my payment declined?

Card payments can be declined for the following reasons: 

  • You are using an expired card.
  • Your account does not have sufficient funds.
  • Some card information was entered incorrectly, for example the expiration date or the CVV/CVC security code.
  • Your card has reached the limit for online payments or online payments are blocked.
  • Your card has been blocked by your bank for some reason or is on the blacklist of card processors.
  • The 3DS code (if required) was not entered correctly.
  • There were temporary technical problems with the bank or payment processor.
If you have entered all the information correctly and your payment has still been declined, please contact the bank that issued the payment card. To retry the payment, click on the “Checkout” button.
